I am 5'7 xl fit me perfect. With it on made me look 2 dress size smaller. Materiel is sturdy and does the job. Before I wore under my clothes you can see stomach pouch from three kids. If you had kids you know what I am talking about. It gives me a slimmer figure. I feel more confident I am able to move around in comfort. Love this product will get a nude too. As someone who has always struggled with weight, I've tried just about every brand of shapewear on the market. Ladies, this one is fantastic. It gives you a completely smooth silhouette, which is almost impossible to find. I can't even tell you how much I love this. It makes every dress look so much better. The only thing I wish is that they had a version with shorter legs or a slip/skirt because I feel like I have to be careful when I cross my legs in a dress - that it may be seen. If you're looking for something that will really smooth you out, this is the one. And, the price is incredible - about 1/4 of the cost of the big brand shapewear and about 4x more effective. Follow their size chart - it is accurate. I LOVE this! |

Before I could even put it on the VERY FLEXIBLE UNSTURDY "steel" bones were poking through. Several of them broke through the fabric straight out of the package. But I needed something so I stitched as best I could on my own, washedand dried the garment and put it on. It worked ok. Not a whole lot but it worked some. |

My only complaint is it does push up the skin around the top so it looks like I have a fat roll where I don't. |

I communicated with the seller beforehand and i was advised to get an XL based on my measurements. i have used this for about 7 weeks before writing this review.Unfortunately, i was able to hook the last eyes right from day one-i expected to start from the first set and work my way to the last as my body adjusted to it. Thus, the fit isn't really true to size, neither is the grip/cincher very tight. It feels more like a regular shapewear without the firm grip. |

I usually buy maimed form because it runs try to size however this does not. Runs small |
