I ordered a size MEDIUM. I am 5'1 and weighed 118 3 days post partum and this thing was tight, now at 113 -4 weeks post partum my waist is much smaller and it does get a little lose, but that's a good thing. I love how adjustable this is. There are three separate pieces and you can wear one, two or all three depending on how much of your belly you want held in and it's easy to adjust it from a little support to tight enough to make breathing difficult (not the goal, I realize). I used it after abdominal surgery and was pleased. It held up longer than the one the doctor's office gave me too. |

I wear size 8 and i ordered a med it smooths out the problem areas. |

I first ordered a small based on pre pregnancy size but ended up exchanging it for a medium with the help of Maggie from the company and it fits much better and adjusts to be nice and snug. It's helped with my posture and flattening my belly a little. I love and and am very satisfied with it. |

Shipping was very fast. Item arrived before the estimated date. The product was in an open bag without the tags attached. I am assuming this means that the item was a return from a previous purchase. A little disheartening to receive an item that was not brand new yet pay the price for some thing new. The item fits a bit large. I am unsure if this is how it fits or if it was stretched before I received it. |

Couldn't figure out what belt goes where - no labels!!! Couldn't even match from the photo/drawing. I returned it. It also seemed like it would squeeze me too much, even the plus size. I'll keep looking for a better set. Also, had an odd chemical smell and said not to wear against skin....that's not very practical considering these go all across your middle section - especially in summer months. |

Fat free dressing.. interesting name. Well it didn't suck in my postpartum belly like I wanted it to.. but it isn't to blame. When I first opened the package it looked like it would for my 6yo and I'm sure it could. I managed to squeeze my 3 month postpartum body into this contraption and it was interesting to say the least. I didn't end up using it for my event because the thigh area was tight and would roll up and turn into panties. Taking it off was horrible I had to have my husband pry my booty out because it doesn't come off easily. Imagine if I had to use the bathroom in these bad boys !! |
