I'm really impressed by this body shaper! It holds me in the right places, it's easy to put on, and I look fantastic! Not only that, but it's so comfortable! I thought for sure with how snug it was that it would pinch or poke or make it difficult to breathe, but it's very flexible and incredibly comfortable, it holds you in without squeezing to death. Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. Love the fact this is a 3 piece set & it fully covers the stomach & hips. It does rise up a bit when you sit down, but that's to be expected. I do agree with others that this is bulky & not super thin so you can see it under your clothes, but I don't mind at all since I've just given birth. The instructions are difficult to interpret. They are just pictures and photos (2 inserts), but neither clearly shows which piece is which. I am 2 months postpartum and after researching a handful of other binders, I decided to give this one a try. It fits great, easy to use in general, easily adjustable,not too constricting. This is a good belly band in theory. I feel like it helps with getting your belly back somewhat but it's uncomfortable to wear and you can't wear it under clothes especially if you're over weight. It keeps folding down and you're left with a big fat roll on top. It's really annoying when you sit down and definitely can't wear it in public. |

I still think this is a fabulous buy for the money, it is 3 or 4 times cheaper than the medical grade garments, but it has worked great for me. |

Slightly uglier color in person (lol), Velcro is strong and intense, pretty stretchy but easy to get it right. Not super comfy and def can't have horrible posture wearing it, probably a plus to be honest. |

All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. I'm usually size xs and s, ordered small, it's good. |

For me it's a little small in the upper side and in my thighs fits OK but rolls up. In general it works for me. |

For the record - I'm 5'3" and approx 170 lbs. I got the 8-10 size and it was snug (breathing is optional right?) but it fit, and it made me look amazing. I love the 'convenience opening' as well. I wore it two days in a row for a comic convention, which made life much easier since I could eat and drink normally and not have to worry about stripping completely to go to the bathrooms. 10/10 would recommend. |

To those who are apple shaped this would probably work wonders. However, I have a poochy stomach and thick thighs, so the shorts rolled up and created lines in my skirt. |

I ordered a small and the tag says xl. But its ok it is a small. And I'm not saying that I lie about my size. I'm 5'1" and clearly not an xl. |

This shaper is better than some of the shaper that cost $80 or more, it's definitely worth getting. |

i feel like this has helped with my post partum stomach going back down. 4 stars because i am still 15 lbs above my prepregnancy weight (150 now) and i dont think this would compress my stomach any at my previous weight since i am already able to put this on at the tightest it will go. overall a good product for the price and so far its done its job. im 7 weeks pp on tuesday, 5'3 for reference. |
