This thing is much MUCH better than the BellyBandit at a fraction of the cost. With the double layer at the waist, achieving true compression is actually do-able, not to mention, it conforms to the curves of the waistt which helps achieve the actual goal of re-creating a waist. The BB is simply too stiff and difficult to get even compression thoughout. It slimmed okay, comfortable shorts but the top was right and gave a bit of undesirable back fat. It didn't quite reach the bottom of my bra so made a roll between the top of this and my bra strap. I'm on the slight side (5'5" and 115lbs) so don't have a lot if extra thickness but it made it look a bit like I did. I bought this to smooth out my post baby tummy. When I Recieved this shaper, I was really excited. However Everything about it is way too small. I already have a long torso and it's painful to try and put the shoulder straps on. Not to mention, there was no way to close the hooks in the front. As a seamstress, I measured my size correctly, however this runs a lot smaller than advertised. The worst part however is that the open part to make going to the bathroom easy just sits weird and gives me a weird bulge. |

I purchased these after about a month and a half postpartum to try to bring my belly back in. I have not been as compliant as I wanted to be, but I am appreciative of the fact that you can choose which parts of the band you want to wear, sometimes I use the thinner band for my waist and just the middle size band for my tummy I find that Wearing these two is enough for me. The larger band is just too constricted for my comfort level. But I definitely love the color and I love that it moves with you because it's not just one piece but several small bands put together. |

So I will come back and change the to a five star rating once I wear this to the event tomorrow night. Right out of the package I thought it was going to be too small. It takes some tugging and pulling to get the legs up to the thigh to give the room to pull the corset together. Once I got all of myself shoved in. I had weight loss surgery this past June so I have lots of skin, funny skin popped out wear my lady bits should be. The only reason why this was okay is that I read another post that said the same thing. Anyway after getting all stuffed in I felt wonderful like I am firmed up all over. Getting the hooks in alignment so it lays flat will be the true test. I got it on and closed. And the space left open for going to the bathroom is ample so that should be okay. I am 5'4 182 lbs and I measured using the widest part of my hips and got the 3 x, might have been able to shove it all into a 2 x but I did not want to feel like I wrestled a tiger before going out to this major event. |

Yes it's tight, that is why I bought it. Waist stays up but my biggest challenge are very big button and hips. Does well in that area. A little bit of leg creeping up but not product defeCT but more because of my large hips and thighs. Actually decently comfortable. After wearing for some time, I would not recommend this item for small waist and large hips. The boy cut legs continuously role up and cause uncomfortable bump. |
