I am normally a size 10/12 in pants and dresses and I wear medium shirts. I ordered the size 10/12 and wore it on the middle set of hooks. It was wonderfully comfortable! I ordered a size large. I usually wear a size 12-14 (pre-pregnancy) & it barely comes together in the front. The scratchy velcro rubs on my belly. But I am only a week post partum so I am hoping it might fit me a bit better in a month or two. I did wear it for 2 days straight (only taking it off at night) & already noticed a difference, but decided to still wait a few more weeks because I felt a bit bruised after wearing on top of already feeling pretty sore after delivery. Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. It theory it's a great product but the parts are not labeled, and the sizing is not good. The only directions you get are pictures of women wearing the parts for each stage, but it is impossible to tell some of the parts apart and also to tell which way is the top or bottom. Also a few pointers on the best time frame for daily wear but they were clearly not written in English first and are a bit confusing. It also recommends wearing it for almost a year post birth but is not really comfortable for long term wear. | Tag:

I own this in black and cream. It fit exactly as it should, according to the seller's sizing info. Delivery was super fast. It holds me in! I'm a size 14, 5'8". It's a bit itchy when right against the skin, but I wear a super thin cami under it, and it's just right! | Tag:

I purchased a Size Medium... they probably should've specified these were practically child sizes, because that's what this pretty much was: a child sized Medium. Sure, it said, "Hipline, 35-39 inches", but it was more like 35-39 centimeters. It was WAY too small, and I couldn't even fit in it. I would also say make sure you follow the sizing chart as closely as possible and if you do have big thighs/hips/belly don't try and go a size smaller I would definitely recommend following the chart because I did that the first time I purchased this product and had to return it. There are also 3 rows of clasps that you can use. |

I truly loved the item however I had the return it. The product did what I needed for my stomach however it did not appear flattering on my back side. I believe if it were more mesh material it would be perfect for women that have a nicely curved bottom. I'm tempted to order a larger size however I'm not sure if ut will result in still having a "flat bottom " |
