Item runs small. According to the size chart a medium would be a little on the big side. I had a bad feeling so I bought the large and it fit snug but comfortable. If I would have bought a medium according to my measurements and the size chart I would be sending it back. I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. Has helped my back a lot from my c section . I don't use it as much as I like because you can see it through your clothes unless you have large shirts. This is a good belly band in theory. I feel like it helps with getting your belly back somewhat but it's uncomfortable to wear and you can't wear it under clothes especially if you're over weight. It keeps folding down and you're left with a big fat roll on top. It's really annoying when you sit down and definitely can't wear it in public. |

This is the first "Shapewear" product I have ever bought and I am so glad I did :) I'm 5'3 at about 160 pounds, I love my body but I do have some areas I could work on lol. This shaper is nice and tight and tucks in my waist to where it's nice and smooth in areas I feel self conscious about. I have a whole collection of dresses that I didn't wear before because of this and now I can! I recommend for sure. |

Fits well, I like the way I look. Top doesn't ride down, stays below my bra. Bottom was a big issue. Constantly rode up and gave me serious wedgies. Won't wear it again. |

I wear an L/XL in general (mostly L). First tried the XL...no way. Couldn't get closed. Went to the 2XL and was still nearly impossible to close. I had to close it then slide it up, which I swear burned 10,000 calories and took 20 minutes. Sizing way off. |

Otherwise the corset portion does work well, but yes the line of hooks will be visible if your clothing isn't thick. |
