It offers firm compression or limited compression depending on your comfort level. There are three pieces so it's customizable to your size and comfort. They have the large velcrow strap to hold it in place and smaller velcrow straps you can use to shape your body. Plus, if you wear the straps just right, you can get the hourglass figure under clothes much like a waist cincher. This body control is very comfortable. I wore it from 8:00 - 4:00 and it feels ok. I weight about 110lbs and 5/2" and order size small, the size fit good. After having my second child it was difficult losing the baby weight. I've tried several different shapers and none of them seemed to hold like I would like for them to. Since I have purchased this one it is the only one that I wear now. It is very comfortable and does a great job in holding it all in. At the top there is a lining on the inside that holds it up. After several washes it still fits like a glove every time I wear. Another plus to this one is that it does not show the line or indentation of the shorts/underwear under your clothes. If all products made by YoYo are like this one I am a new customer for life. |

So I ordered only 1 size. Now that these aren't $50 like they were 10 years ago, go ahead and order regular size but also 1 size up. I couldn't wear this until 5 days after surgery. I am 5'8" and 250lbs so I bought the 3X. It was a job to get it on but once I did it is actually very comfortable. After my c-section I've had a hard time losing weight and this makes my stomach look at least 2 sizes smaller and gives me a nice hourglass shape. |

It came in the mail way before it said it would. Came with a gift. I don't know what the gift is supposed to be. Just some crochet pieces. Fits me just fine. I got a L and I'm 5'5 and around 180-190lbs. |

The only con I would mention is the itchiness of the material, it's not unbearable but noticeable. |

I wear an extra large so I read the reviews first and actually went up a size and it fit PERFECT !! I love it!! Depending on material of your outfit you can see the corset thru it but it DOES THE JOB!! Buy it !! |
