As it is a cheap one it will stretch out. You can tighten it though. I just thought the elastic wouldn't of gotten all stretchy and wavy to quick. Either way this works. I have not had a kid but it helps with reshaping while losing weight. Also, I have a hard time knowing when I'm "full" and often eat till I'm stuffed. Wearing this I can feel it tightening and I know I can stop and have more food later. I don't wear the third part so low on my hips. I generally keep all the items set under breast to lower belly. |

I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes. I would not wear this under a tight fitting shirt. I would definitely recommend this. |
