30 days post c- section, I needed a boost of confidence! When I first tried it, I thought no way this is going to fit..But with a little patience and effort I was able to get it on and best of all get back in to my pre baby jeans.. no pouch! Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. It came in on time and it does suck the tummy in. Bought this so I could squeeze into my size 10 formal dress for a wedding (I'm usually a size 12). Bought the large and it fit perfectly. My dress showed no signs of lumps or bumps and it controlled my tummy pooch very well. I'm 5'0" and my measurements are 38/27/38 (bust/waist/hips). Hope that helps someone. | Tag:

Awesome just wish it was longer. I'm 5'8 and had an issue with the belt not covering the top of my stomach. It worked for the pain I was having after my c section, but to wear as a waist trainer, I wouldn't suggest if you were my height or so. |

Unfortunatley, in the three times I've worn it since, it has almost literally fallen apart. There are holes, seams ripped, and bands completely falling apart. I'm very disappointed in this item and wish it was intact enough for a refund. |
