This worked really well! My wife used it after giving birth and she said it helped her abdominal muscles a lot for the first few days and she things it helped her waist shrink faster than it would have otherwise. She did say it stretched out a little after several uses but it still works great. I haven't used this much because I'm slightly uncomfortable in it and could only see myself wearing it at home while up and doing stuff, definitely not while sitting down. The fabric/material isn't very flexible so when you sit it feels like you have a barrel over you somewhat. I bought my real size in this, an XL. I gotta admit, the reviews here had me nervous and I was crossing my fingers mentally as I tried this on. IT FITS! Not only does it fit, its super comfortable! It also really does suck you in and slim you down. Don't buy this if you're looking for something that is good for your waist and to cover some of your butt/thighs. It rolls up on the legs so that you're basically wearing it like the underwear version of this shapewear. It rolls down from the top but not significantly, it seems to stay mostly in place when I wear it, the only problem is that it has a gluey rubbery strip around the top so to help itl stay up by sticking to your body and it does get a little uncomfortable sometimes. I don't wear it when breastfeeding because I find that uncomfortable, but other times it's a fantastic support! I really feel it's helped pull my hips, ribs and belly back in. First off, I really love this product BUT I wish they sold a size small. I find out of all of these this is the best one. I have tried all of the different brands that make these shapers. It does what it is supposed to do. I also wish they would come out with a Capri version that extends below your knee to make it less visible under clothing. It's hard because you can sometimes see these items through your clothes. It is very difficult to find shapers for thinner people and that target your inner thighs. |

I didn't use this much because it wasn't as necessary as i thought. but it did help keep me from feeling like my belly was a deflated balloon. and it helped my back adjust to breastfeeding with all the bending and leaning i was doing. I imagine this would be a lifesaver for someone who had a cesarean. |

I ordered the Medium (XXL in china sizing) fits great and looks amazing. If I could I would wear it with everything. Be sure NOT to order this shaper a size smaller like you normally would because it is already smaller in size since it is made in china. Order your exact size. I am 5'6 160 Ibs (athletic build so I look smaller then I actually am). I normally wear a S/M shirts, size 9 jeans, and size 6 women dresses. Figured these measurements would help if you dont know your actual measurements like me. |

I like these, but at the same time I don't. It definitely slims down your stomach but if you have thick thighs its gonna cut into them. I had to stop wearing it because it would cut into my skin because the shorts were so tight. Other than that, if you have slim thighs it'll work for you. |

The top elastic band digs into my sides and rolls itself up. The shorts part of it doesn't keep my legs from chaffing against each other. |
