I am 5'3" and have a short waist, therefore that is what makes it "somewhat large" for me. Because I could not pull it up all the way to make it fit properly, the product still rolled down leaving me with a muffin top. This is awesome! I've spent gobs of money of various shapers over the years, and this one is by far the absolute best one and it's so inexpensive! As with any body shaper, pull it on slowly, piece by piece, so you don't pop any stitches or rip the fabric. I had to send the first one back because it was too big. I'm 5'6 and a half, 160lbs, and the size 6-8 was too big. I was able to comfortably hook on the outside hooks with no problem, so I sent it back and got the 4-6 and it's great! Just bought two more of these! I had liposuction of my abs/hips/back and this holds me in better than the stage 2 garments my doctor provides. And it gives you a really nice figure. Size chart is accurate, but even before my procedure, I was able to fasten easily enough to the 3rd row of hooks, so I definitely ordered a size smaller this time. If I'm not struggling to get in it, then it's not controlling my stuff enough. ?? So if you're like me, order one based on the size chart and then another one a size smaller. I love this product! Having three pieces really allows you to customize the placement exactly where and how you need it. Feels secure and hugs my body very comfortably. The only negative is that it's SO supportive that I can't sit and nurse with it on, I feel too restricted. Otherwise sitting with it on is no issue, just somehow the nursing position for me doesn't work. Overall it's a great item and I'm already spreading the word to the new moms I know. I can't speak to the results you get from it yet, but so far I like it! Oh and it doesn't look like a big mess under my clothes. I wanted this to really work and I k kw it did for some many people but it didn't for me. I went exactly by the sizing guidelines and found it to large, at least too large to me since it did nothing for me. |

I ordered the large and even going back down to 170 post partum it's a little small. Hoping my weight keeps going down so I can wear it to work. Other than that it works great. |

I just had Lipo on the abdomen and was looking for a compression garment to wear. I ordered this one and another more expensive one. I couldn't get the expensive one on and it was highly uncomfortable trying to put on. This one however was easier to get on (mind you it's supposed to be tight and slightly hard to get on). It's very comfortable and smoothing. I'm hoping it'll do the job of evening out and helping shrink back down the skin. I look forward to bough g another one in a smaller size per my nurses orders. She said that as the swelling goes down over the next few months I'll need to buy several compression garments in varying sizes. I HIGHLY recommend this for post op surgery. The quality and price are spot on!!! |

I had the easiest pregnancy and the easiest delivery for my daughter! But postpartum was not so easy. I have had the worst hip pain after her birth. Most days I could hardly walk! After months of chiropractic care and wear this at night I am finally starting to feel better. I only wear the hip part of this support system and I started wearing this 3 months postpartum. (to be honest, I was lucky enough to not need the rest, my stomach went right back to wear it was before pregnancy, flat) |

Very smooth and it works very well to hide belly rolls. At first it looks very small and I thought it was a tight fit, but it has good results and makes a huge difference in slimming your silloette. It holds everything in very well and feels like you're bloated and hard to breathe at first but maybe I'll get used to it. It has good grips so it won't roll down so easily. I was expecting the shorts to be a little longer to help my thighs but it's pretty short and for me it rolls up a bit. Looking back at the picture though it does look like it was supposed to be like booty shorts. |

I have been wearing body shapers for a while and this one is by far the most comfortable one I have worn, far more comfortable than some of the expensive ones out there! And best of all, it manages to hold it all in without pinching anywhere or cutting into your flesh at odd places. Also the opening between the legs is really really wide, which makes it so convenient when you are wearing it during the day. I am 5 4 and weigh 178 - 12-14 size fit me perfectly. |

After finally getting this on, I am thinking if I just try it on 3-4 times a week, I won't need it anymore..... Because of all the pulling, adjusting, tucking, bouncing and breath holding, I started to sweat when it was only halfway up. Literally had to pep talk myself out of a panic attack when I realized just how bad it was gonna suck if I really was as stuck as I felt. There was no point in trying to think of who I could call to help me because there was no one. I would die before letting anyone see me buck naked tied up with this crotch-less contraption that looked a lot more like bondage the way it was stuck.. Very durable tho because once I got it up, it held strong. It was actually pretty comfortable once it was all the way on. Taking it off was literally like taking a full body bra off at the end of a long day. That alone made it ALMOST worth the near death experience! Overall, I am happy with my purchase. High quality product priced well. |

The seams show through EVERTHING...I will not be using these and unfortunately threw away the tags and let the return window expire. Do not recommend. |
