I purchased the small in black. Although the actual quality of the shape wear is excellent, It is a well made garment. There was no indication that I was wearing any kind of shape wear in slacks. Sometimes they can make your butt look like a diaper butt, but this one was good I was truly disappointed though, that by halfway through my work day, it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to take them off!! Wish I had exchanged them, but missed the deadline, unfortunately had a family emergency.
