I'm 5'6 153 Lbs and a Large fits perfect. I expected this as "spanx" type products always run a little small. If this is your first time ordering a product like this, you need to order one size up. There is rubber on the top edges to help prevent it from sliding. The rubber does an ok job. But it works very well to flatten your tummy and gives me a boost of confidence when wearing form fitting clothing. I'm happy with this, and the price is great. Bought this based on the reviews I read, and it worked out great, I was able to wear it for close to 24hours, sometimes I even wear it to sleep. The only problem is your skin gets so itchy after a long period of wearing, so I just applied some lotion to relieve the itch. Same for any elastic band material, it starts to get loose, so you just have to keep wrapping it tighter. The package arrived as expected and it was well packaged. The quality seems it's made well for the price. I followed the sizing guide and it fit perfectly. However, I have sensitive skin. I looked like I was burned all around my stomach and back after using it for no more than an hour. I tried wearing it over my shirt as well, and that didn't help. Wow! Amazing. I am size 16 with 44DDD. This is a perfect fit. Smooths everything out. Back is smooth, tummy is flattened and it is an all in one body suit (without bra which I love) that is very comfortable and pretty.
