Yes it does have the open crotch which took a while to get comfortable with however with all the work it takes to get it on I'm so thankful for it now! This is very comfortable and slimming. It stays up well and doesn't cause me to pull it up or down regularly. The fabric is thick but isn't too hot to wear under clothes. I'm very excited to wear this under dresses! |

You can adjust when you put on that's really good. |

It's mmmmkay, the main problem is if you try to wear it under something, there are lines that show on the legs. Not a very smart design choice to allow us to hide our tub under dresses, while also hiding the fact that we are trying to hide our tub. |
