Ordered multiple sizes and still couldn't find one that had any control with being uncomfortable to wear. Breathing was OK when standing, but my ribs felt constricted while sitting. And for all the discomfort, I only measured less than an inch trimmed off my waist. I had really high hopes based on some of the before and after pictures posted by other people, but the product just didn't work for me. | Tag:

OMG!! This is amazingggggg! I am 5, 3in 165pounds I ordered my measurement 38,35,42 more or less I ordered a xl. Make sure you order your size don't try to go smaller it won't fit the measurements and sizes are true matches. I think im going to order another for back up. |

It was definitely too small around the elastic part on top. The fabric was nothing special, therefore it didn't really tighten anything up around the tummy. If you're wanting to use these as spandex types to pull you in, this is not a good purchase. The "spandex" was too flexible and didn't "hold" anything tight. Too tight around legs and top of waist net bra line and not tight enough around tummy. |

The fit was great since I used the measurements to choose a size. It was a bit tough getting it on initially over my thighs (they are one of my larger areas). It fit perfect around my waist. The shoulder straps were surprisingly comfortable and actually helped keep my bra straps secure as well. Once everything was in place, the shaper left my overall physique more smoothed. The gentle pressure along my spine helped remind me to keep better posture but it did slightly hamper my natural sort of sassy walk. Still, I'm happier with it than I thought I would be. It was worth the buy. |

Update: it's been almost two months and it feels that it losses up a little bit... it is not as tight as it was when I first got it... I still like it but I would like it to be tight....I would prefer ordering a size smaller if you are comfortable with it being over tight....but after a while it will loose.... |

Highly recommend this this postpartum. I was incredibly stressed out about my 2 week postpartum belly, distended after having twins. I wore the top two pieces (never used the hip one) 24 hours a day for almost a week and dropped 2 inches from my stomach. I continued to wear it nightly for another week and lost another inch. After awhile I just started wearing it on the night before I needed my belly to look flatter. Once I was down to a 29ish inch waist the product was too loose to be helpful, and frankly the Velcro was worn and wouldn't hold well. For the price, it is totally worthwhile for use for the first month or two. |

The first size I ordered was an L based on the size chart, but it was too tight, too small. So then I exchanged it for an XL which was just right. It fits snugly as I wanted it and holds very firmly which I needed. This is a high-quality product, washes well on delicate setting and air-dry. I will probably order again. |

Reading the other reviews I knew to purchase a size up. I am 5'9" I wear a 12 and size large and am a 38D. I have a long torso and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the straps could not be adjusted long enough to make it comfortable on my shoulders. I'm not sure if this would be improved by going up another size. I would say if you wear a medium normally you could probably wear the xl too. I used the last eyelet and there are 3 so you could adjust for a medium. |

I do over all like this product. If they fix the issues I mentioned, I would be willing to purchase another one. |

This item rolls quite a bit and does not retain its shape. It is better than some other, similar products but it is not great. I place the larger portion as close to the pelvis as possible, and I place the pelvic piece at the top. This helps somewhat with the rolling and bunching. |
