Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. Shapewear usually runs small, so I expected it to be on the snug side to say the least. Per the size chart, I ordered my size, because I have a problem tummy area and wanted something to control the lumps and bumps under dresses. I would recommend sizing up. One size up wouldn't have probably fit a bit more comfortably on me. It definitely does it's job and holds everything in nicely. It does take a bit of effort to put on and I must have looked ridiculous trying to squeeze into it. I would not recommend wearing under a thin dress, because you can see the hooks through the front. I was so nervous about the sizing on this that I also ordered a different brand "back up". What made me go for it, even though I usually avoid all Asian clothes based on me being a bigger girl, were the great reviews. I too cracked up when I saw it because I thought no way is this fitting me. I'm 5'2 160 lbs. It was a fight to get it on. So the shorts pull up and there is a hook and eye corset enclosure for the tummy part (kind of like a wrap around). I start hooking from the bottom and reach a spot where I can go no further. I start hooking from the top, again a roadblock (fat block? Lol) so I lay down hook a few more.... Now for the hysterics. I'm laughing so hard because there is this little bubble of fat hanging out. I am laughing so hard my husbands come to see if something is wrong. Now he is laughing so hard he says "well at least you know how much you have to lose" we are uncontrollable at this point. I fight the good fight to get a few more hooks hooked and let me tell you. When I stood up everything was distributed evenly! Not one roll or indent... And to boot it was totally comfortable. The potty hole was so big that my husband thought I tore it (more hysterics) after explaining he was quite impressed. I have to say you can wear this all day in comfort and it gives enough for you to sit, move and eat! I have a sensitive stomach (after 3 kids) so I really don't like being compressed. This is not like that it just distributes. It definitely made me look at least 10lbs lighter without those lines that give away the fact that you are wearing shape wear. I really can't believe how well this works. I don't believe in reviewing anything that isn't great, so there you have it. I will say I have not tried it with my dress yet or worn it more than a few minutes, but I can already tell it does the trick. Good luck and don't hesitate to give this a try. Original review: I can only give it 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet, but it is made better than the Belly Bandit. I purchased the Bandit for my first pregnancy and hated how it was so thick, bunched up, and was so hot. This is thin and breathable fabric. This one is similar to the post partum belt sold at babies r us. The Tirain belt is adjustable as your stomach goes down. With the bandit, you have to buy 2 sizes as you lose inches. The Tirain belt comes with multiple pieces and photo instructions. Looking forward to using this. |

Very adjustable !! Only problem is that you have to be precise on where you attah the Velcro strap or else you get itchy. I know the product says to place it on top on clothes but I saws faster results when I put it directly on my skin:) |

This is so great! fits well. People are saying it too small but that's now its suppose to be. It was really comfortable and did the job. The leg part was also very comfortable and didn't pinch my skin or give me a fat line. The top did start rolling down a bit but it wasn't that big of a deal. |
