Works as intended but- not the best in bigger sizes from what I've experienced (and aren't we the ones who need it most?). It doesn't hide my back loaf well enough! This is the best pair of Maidenform Shapewear I have bought, and I do think I have all their styles. This one particularly is the best. It is very comfortable and looks fabulous under jeans unlike many others that are to bulky. I love these because they are not too tight but are definitely tight if that makes sense. They are comfortable and make a difference. The leg part does not leave a visible line either. Love this product. Buying one more each of black and nude. |

I give this product overall a good review. It does what it says as far as being shapewear, and it is well made. My complaint is about the waist trainer closure "hooks" that protrude out. I bought this specifically because I liked that it had a waist trainer attached. But it is visible under your clothes. You can see the little hooks sticking out. It's obvious. And I'm not talking about a super tight dress, just one that is fitted. So now, I'm back to square one trying to find a piece of shapewear to work with this dress before our cruise. I will update if I find a solution to help with covering up the hooks. |

Absolutely delighted with this item. I was dreading getting into the body shape wear but once it was all pulled into the right places and hooks were closed I was delighted with fit and form of the garment. I recommend this product simply because it's hard to find comfortable fitting shape wear and this was easy to pull on and off. I bought another one in black and didn't even try the other garment on it ordered with this one. Thank you. |

They really suck you in! If you have large thighs the "short" part rolls up and kind of creates a tube of material. |

Order a size up, not down. I ordered a size down because I wanted to look skinny in a dress, but I can wear it for about an hour and then I feel like my lungs are going to collapse :) I think it works though, it smoothed out my tummy area so every tiny roll does not show. |

This is a good belly band in theory. I feel like it helps with getting your belly back somewhat but it's uncomfortable to wear and you can't wear it under clothes especially if you're over weight. It keeps folding down and you're left with a big fat roll on top. It's really annoying when you sit down and definitely can't wear it in public. |

I'm 5' 5" and 160lbs. I had bought a pair at the Mall in Large, but they were not comfortable, so returned them without being able to get a larger size. Then I came here to buy a size up to XL and this works perfectly. Very comfortable and smoothing. If you want to give this a try, I suggest looking at the chart, but buying a size up. |
