Bought a US size M when I decided to start diet. When I try out the product it is comfortable and the seam is large enough go to bathroom. But I decided to try out one size smaller, had Amazon to shipped me again. Since it is free return why not try it out. I love the smaller size result! The US size M is comfy and I am wearing the tightest clasp. The US size S I am able to wear meddle clasp for slimmest condition and still breathing smoothly. The material is loud. I have thighs and when I walk, the sound of the material rubbing together is super loud! No joke, LOUD. So I just did a little needlework and sewed a piece of soft fabric onto the inside of one of the legs and problem solved. | Tag:

Very good quality product. My only criticism is that the bottom part is very tight. I have a much smaller waist than hips and found that the leg part was extremely tight on me. It also makes a funky "swishing" noise when wearing a skirt or dress & your legs run against one another. Other than that, good quality and would recommend. |

I am still using the support (2 months after a c-section). I weight 160 lb now and just before I deliver I was weighting almost 200 lb, and this belt in my case fitted right. After delivery you feel very loose in this area.. so this help a lot with the walking and with the pain in the incision area. I have a advice though: Make sure to use a cotton underpants or a little piece of cotton cloth to protect the incision and avoid yeast growing and don't overdo with the tighten of the belt at the beginning. I help me a lot with the pain while doing housework and breastfeeding. As I said, i was very loose after delivery so.. I have to use the three together while breastfeeding to avoid the hard support in the back of the belt on punching my fatty tissues ;p. |
