I ordered according to the sizing chart but the fit is still a little small. I'm using it anyway since I can't return it at this point, but I wish there was a better system for getting the right fit. Also, it doesn't really explain how tight to wear the belly belt. It's more trial and error, and gauging comfort level. If it's too tight my back starts to hurt so I loosen it. I ordered the Medium (XXL in china sizing) fits great and looks amazing. If I could I would wear it with everything. Be sure NOT to order this shaper a size smaller like you normally would because it is already smaller in size since it is made in china. Order your exact size. I'm sonewhere between 3-4 stars but I guess ai picked 3 since I have never worn it. I don't like to see ratings for things when people say "I haven't used it yet, but...", however, in this case, the reason I haven't worn it is because it's a 3. It is a workout to get on but once you get it on you will be impressed. I am 5'4" 190lbs and have a waist of 38" and I bought the us labeled 4x one. Tag makes you feel horrible about yourself but when you get it on it makes you look great. It slimmed 2" off my waist and made my thighs look more firm. I would highly recommend. The only thing that's a little weird is the giant hole to go potty from. |

I love the three different pieces depending on how much support you want each day. I'm 5'7" around 140 lbs pre-pregnancy and this fits perfectly. It is noticeable under tight clothing but I have found that if I wear layers of a couple tank tops or belly bands it minimizes he appearance of it. I wear a belly band underneath it so it's not touching my skin. |

When I got this product it was already damaged. One side from a wrap was not even sued on. And when I tried to use it the ends would start coming loose. I would not recommend it at all. |

Its a sturdy product, I like the silicone banding around the edges which prevents roll down. But its kinda hard to get on. Which of course should be expected in shape wear. But it didn't smooth the tummy as well as I would have expected, with such a tight fit. I'm willing to do tight if it does the job. It may work on someone else, just didn't really work for me. |

Or it could be because I do not want to wear something so tight after a c-section. Either way, be cautious of sizing. I am happy with the product and believe it will last. |
