This is the best shape wear I have ever worn. I did not buy this for postpartum reasons. I wanted something that I could adjust the tightness and boy does this ever hold you in! I really like that the 3 pieces can go all the way down and over you hips as well as up to the bottom of a bra. Its pretty lightweight until you add all 3 layers and then its feels a little bulky but it does exactly what it says it does. I am very happy I tried it and the price was is amazing. I used this for the first time after my 3rd pregnancy. At first I could barely fit it, but soon I was able to really tighten it up. A must have especially for the price! I wouldn't have been able to get around those first few weeks without them. Helped sooo much with the incision of a csection and the back pain. Wear a tank or shirt underneath it bc if can pinch your skin. Be sure to put them on in the correct order. Three peices total. First piece will be the one with only one large Velcro in the front. The other two have peices have the large Velcro in the front plus two addition side straps with Velcro for extra support. The second peice will be the larger with the side straps. The last piece will be the smallest with side straps. All three can be layered on top of each other. It's a learning curve to put on at first. Lean your back against a wall when putting each peice on to help support yourself and get a snug Velcro. They aren't bulky under a lose top. | Tag: post natal girdle philippines

You can wrap this really tightly around your belly, which can feel nice in so far as feeling less jiggly while your muscles tighten. The sizing is strange, but if you read the comments you should be able to find your correct size. I'm normally about a 12-14 pants and 10 dress. Well now....This is truly a compression garment!!! I was able to get it on easy enough, although I read some very comical reviews from other women trying to get this garment on. They have a hook and eye closure around the belly and boy does it compress. I didn't find it comfortable enough to wear everyday, and you can see the closure through a form fitting top or dress. So I wouldn't recommend women wearing this with tight clothing. But however it does have great compression. I wear them around the flat, or under tee shirts and sweats. I bought this for some waist training and compression and it works for that. |

I had no idea what to expect when I bought this. I hoped it would at least make things look a ltitle smoother. Boy was I suprised. First, it looked a little daunting when I took it out of the package. Once I examined it I was excite to try it on. I will say that putting it on definitely takes a little time. Many hooks, but with a little patience it wasn't too bad. By the second time I wore it it had become a little easier because I had learned an easier way to hook everything. |

Don't try going pee in public like most other shapeware. (No, a crotch hook and eye contraption or hole cut in wouldn't help. )I wear cotton panties under the shapeware to keep the fabric from direct contact with sensitive skin. |

At a price of only cost $30, I was amazed by the quality and intricate details to the inner/outer thighs and abdomen region.
