I ended up sending this item back. I bought it for a dress and didn't feel that it made any difference except for giving me back fat. I measured myself and read the reviews. I would have been a medium but everyone said to order a size up so I did and got a large. I felt like the first time I put them on they were a little hard to get on but once I took them off and tried again they went on with ease. I am 5'3, 205 lbs after birth. The postpartum support assisted a lot after giving birth, and assisted with cramping. The section for the pelvis, does not stay in place for me, even though I'm not being active. Throughout the day, there may be some adjusting to get it comfortable again. The ridges leave indentations on the skin, so I put a tank top underneath, that's my personal preference. I'd recommend this support item, because it actually supports, I do see that my stomach is getting slimmer. I followed the sizing guidelines and can't even get this thing over my hips. I was mostly just looking for something to wear under certain fabics to create a smooth line. I couldn't begin to tell you if this does that because again, despite following the guidelines I can't get it on. I even ordered a size bigger than I normally would due to other comments. This was a great piece. I bought a dress that was just a little too tight, and thus showed all of the dents and bumps and such in my stomach. It worked wonderfully! Smoothed out my stomach without being painful, it did not fall down or roll up at all throughout the event (a ball). I went with what the reviews said and ordered I size up, so I got a large, despite usually wearing a medium or 10-12 in clothing. This piece of shapewear worked great for me. Overall, it was a success. It helped me look great in my tight-fitting dress. I love that there's no boning to show through like with my waist trainer. The plastic/rubber material around the waist band held it up all night. Didn't experience any rolling there. However, the hems of the boy short are a different matter. They rolled up throughout the night. That's the main reason it got 4 stars instead of 5. If I had realized 3 in 1 meant 3 in 3, I would have gotten a band like I had with my first- one band that you velcro together. Not a puzzle of bands. I have no clue why bad reviews this does not run small... I'm a solid size 12 and I had plenty of room and a ton is tightening room. This has been the best thing since my hysterectomy... The plus side is everyone is saying my waist is so much smaller since surgery 12 days ago... Haha it wasn't the surgery it's the 3 pieces I purchased! Well worth the $$!!! |

I wish I did not remove the tags because I would return this in an instance. The top has that lining that you believe will hold it up, but it only rolls down into an uncomfortable area. I do not have much to suck in, as I am 8 weeks pregnant, but this makes me look 5 months pregnant as it pushes everything to the center of your stomach creating a pooch. The only part they got right is the shorts part. Try something like this on before removing the tags or in store. |

These were actually the first in a long like of shapewear that smoothed things out in a way that I liked. I have some belly fat, and it hangs due to a c-section, so normally shapewear just pulls it all up in the middle and I lose my hourglass shape. This kept that while making my stomach look smaller from the side. And they weren't too uncomfortable either! |

This is a great postpartum support belt. I waited 6 weeks before I was comfortable using one due to my first C section. This belt does exactly what it's supposed to and it doesn't take long getting comfortable with it on. I wear it over my tank tops since im home most of the day and I wear loose fitting dresses that flow nicely over it. I'm hoping this helps me return to my pre pregnancy size sooner.
