Couldn't figure out what belt goes where - no labels!!! Couldn't even match from the photo/drawing. I returned it. It also seemed like it would squeeze me too much, even the plus size. I'll keep looking for a better set. I don't think anyone thinks spanx or spanx like products are comfortable, but these aren't bad at all. I wear them when I'm dressing up and want to keep my belly from showing under my dress. I also don't want the shapeform showing under the dress and these don't. They keep everything where they are supposed to be without showing lines from the pantyline. I loved this!! You can wear 1 or all 3 depending on your needs. I didn't use it for post partum needs- I used it as a waist trainer. Size chart accurate. Easy to wash. Very adaptable to your needs and how tight/loose you want it. Great price too!! |

While I like the way this fits, in theory, once I actually get to moving around, the band that helps to hold it in place starts to feel crushing. It's great for short term, with not a lot of movement, but if this is not for that, I would recommend the maidenform that fits over the shoulders. |

I have no clue why bad reviews this does not run small... I'm a solid size 12 and I had plenty of room and a ton is tightening room. This has been the best thing since my hysterectomy... Its really nice and gives my body a smooth look, but was expecting more of a flat stomach, you can still see my pudge, might have gotten it a size too small. I suggest getting the next size up. |

Be aware there is a seam across the butt. If you are wearing something form fitting (which is likely why you are using this product )you may be able to see a line across your bottom. |

Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Huge help for being on low sleep and being around to manage a newborn. |

This product works great especially for the price and works well for postpartum/c-section recovery. The support was also wonderful for back support. |

Come as shows in picture. Good quality. I just didn't wear it but once, and only used the top piece. Overall I should have just purchased a simple belly wrap. It does what it suppose to. |

This fits well, the only problem is that it's hard to sit with on and would curl. Other than that, I like that you can select which one you want to wear. You can wear all three pieces at once or not. |

And because there are three layers, you get to decide how much support you need and where you should put it. |

This product was very helpful for the first 3 weeks post partum. I purchased a large which worked for a while but now at 4 weeks post partum it is too big and the velcrow is not sticking as well. I should have ordered a medium but definitely recommend for post partum women the first four weeks. |

Motherhood, I didn't get around to using it until I was 2 months post partum, I had ordered one large and one small as I didn't know which would for once post birth swelling went away. Well the medium fit and I wanted to return the large but was informed that I couldn't as return was only valid for 'x' amount of time after purchase. I think that's very poor business ethics in this day and age. |

I wear dresses and skirts often and I am disabled. I worry about falling and advertising more then my underwear. |
