This product fits me perfectly (I'm a size 2 but gained 35lbs during pregnancy). It came with directions on how to wear :) it has many pieces but that's the purpose to cover all areas of your mid section. Material is nice and soft but still enough stiffness to stick everything and keep in place. Sure, it streamlines your torso, but it also won't stay up at all in the back and the sides and front roll down if you so much as tilt your body slightly. This really smooths everything out. It fits just right to tuck in the fluffy spots, but it is still comfortable enough to wear all day. The shoulder straps dig into the front of the armpit a little which is the reason I gave it a 4. |

Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. Under fitted tops it is visible. |

I purchased these after about a month and a half postpartum to try to bring my belly back in. I have not been as compliant as I wanted to be, but I am appreciative of the fact that you can choose which parts of the band you want to wear, sometimes I use the thinner band for my waist and just the middle size band for my tummy I find that Wearing these two is enough for me. The larger band is just too constricted for my comfort level. But I definitely love the color and I love that it moves with you because it's not just one piece but several small bands put together. |

Has helped my back a lot from my c section . I don't use it as much as I like because you can see it through your clothes unless you have large shirts. After my section most of my normal clothes could fit and you can tell I had this on. Made it very bulky. |

Not very comfortable, no desire to wear for any length of time. Was visible under clothing. |

Fits well, I like the way I look. Top doesn't ride down, stays below my bra. Bottom was a big issue. Constantly rode up and gave me serious wedgies. Won't wear it again. |

I was really skeptical about this shaper, I've never had luck with one before. They ways either roll up, down, or just get stuck in all the wrong places and don't seem to make a difference anyway. This product, however, is incredible. I bought it half to hide my lumps, and half to give me some extra compression on my obliques, which often give me a lot of pain. |

Comfortable |

Love this. Will buy a black one. Great price at $19.99. I bought a large and I am around a size 8, 5'4". It fit really well on thighs, back, and front. I felt like the hook and closure in the front wasn't as tight as I hoped, but it still works great. I hooked it on the smallest fit and could have hooked one more if it had another set of them. I would not wear this with a tight thin stretch dress as the lines will definitely show up. Works great under other dresses. It is very secure and comfortable. Wish for a tiny bit more tightness in lower stomach. But overall works great! |

It's mmmmkay, the main problem is if you try to wear it under something, there are lines that show on the legs. Not a very smart design choice to allow us to hide our tub under dresses, while also hiding the fact that we are trying to hide our tub. |

Good for smoothing, but does not seem to help at all with holding anything in. |
