Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. I got these 1-2 weeks postpartum. I had a 2nd time c section and diastasis recti. I was longing for sleep on the side but too afraid my organs would move around when i turn. so this gridle helped. At first it was stiff - which i like because it helped to flatten my belly, i wore this 24/7, the belly was noticable flatter, then took it off for one day for my body to relax (wearing this is very tight and restrictive sometimes), but then my belly went back to big. So i kinda have to keep this one to keep it tight. Now it's been my 6th week. With my hunching sometimes, the girdle is starting to loose its shape meaning the top and bottom ends crunched up a little. and it also slides up. I have a "droopy" belly, so my bottom muffin top hangs out and bent my incision a bit. It was definitely too small around the elastic part on top. The fabric was nothing special, therefore it didn't really tighten anything up around the tummy. If you're wanting to use these as spandex types to pull you in, this is not a good purchase. The "spandex" was too flexible and didn't "hold" anything tight. this is better than I expected , it is 3 different belts and gives full support to my belly and the flab in the back. it is very well made and is pretty sturdy . it doesnt roll down like other belly belts , it has some kind of sticks which are flexible and keeps the belt in place. This postpartum support is great. I love it's stretch and feel. It really holds the postpartum belly together as you recover. The biggest reason I gave it 4 stars was because sometimes it bunches up, and/or slides up and down as you move about. I HIGHLY recommend wearing it over a tank top or something, which helps a little with shifting. I heard other reviewers say similar things. I have quite a small figure, and I'd say it fits as expected but for me it was just a little big big. I only say it fit as expected because I expected it to be big for my smaller figure. I love having all three pieces together. I feel like I'm wearing a corset. And it's totally adjustable. Two of the pieces have extra elastic strips with velcro to adjust the fit to your shape. Sizes seem to run small, so I'm disappointed that I can't really use this yet. Although I could've returned it and gotten a larger size, the optimist in me says I'll be the smaller size soon, so I can just wait and use it later. This is really small. The underwear portion fit great but the stomach part just didn't work. I understand it's supposed to be tight but it just kept rolling down in the back. It's also not long enough to tuck under my bra to help keep it in place. |

I spent SO MUCH TIME trying to find a good post partum girdle - there are so many mixed reviews and fake reviews here on amazon these days. Some are really cheap and others really expensive so I decided to try this one first before going for something super pricey. Well to my pleasant surprise this works great! I have no need to buy another and it's adjustable so it will last for awhile as my waist continues to shrink. The one thing that's annoying is you can't really wear this while sitting down, but that goes for anything similar. I also wish they had it in black as well so it could be more discrete |

Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. The material doesn't seem scratchy or hard, I think it will work perfect! |

I was just using one of the pieces while pregnant and was planning to use the rest later as a postpartum girdle. Things were fine but the velcro stopped working less than a month after I received it, so I'm returning it. |

I love everything about this shapewear except that the waist band rolls down and cuts off your breathing. A better construction would be that the band was higher up, more like an empire waistline rather than beneath. Unfortunately this product got returned for that reason. |

This shaper does a decent job of holding things in and smoothing things out. I wish the legs were a tiny bit longer for upper thigh rub preventing (and they like to roll up). This item is hard for me to put on. I have bad shoulder and found getting it up high enough took some careful movements. Hint - roll the rubber waist band over first so it does not drag on the skin - once in place - roll it up to bra line. The upper waist control never rolled down all day - this is the first high waist shaper I own that has not done that. |

I am 2 months postpartum and after researching a handful of other binders, I decided to give this one a try. It fits great, easy to use in general, easily adjustable,not too constricting. It is super affordable too, especially compared to other more complicated looking, more expensive binders. I would recommend this one for sure. |

I didn't use this much because it wasn't as necessary as i thought. but it did help keep me from feeling like my belly was a deflated balloon. and it helped my back adjust to breastfeeding with all the bending and leaning i was doing. I imagine this would be a lifesaver for someone who had a cesarean. |

I got one of these in every color. I wear a large. I bought a large. It fit tight at first, but as I used them a few times it fits well. I love them. I'm 5.1 155 lb and I can tuck it a little under my bra. I have no rolling down. You can't even tell it's there. I love this product more and more. |
