This made me feel a little bad, I'm 5'7 and 215 pounds and bought the largest size available. I had a REALLY hard time getting it on the first time. Now I'm on day 2 and it's much more flexible. I love how it squeezes my waist and isn't uncomfortable like the velcro belly binders. This is a steal at the price, and not super silly looking. I was slightly disappointed in the amount of thigh support this gave, but overall, you get what you pay for. I only had a few issues with it sliding down which was a relief. I thought it would be a much bigger problem, but it wasn't. Going to the bathroom was easier than expected. The tummy and back support was great. Like I said, I just wish there had been more thigh there. Maybe for smaller figures this would be ideal. |

I recently bought a shaper for myself and one for my daughter. Putting them on for the first time was quite the scene. You need strong wrists and fingers to get the hooks all fastened but once it is all hooked up, it is remarkably comfortable. It smooths and holds firmly anything that jiggles or rolls. It isn't a corset but does help define my waist nicely. It has a generous opening in the crotch so it is easy to use the ladies room with out having to undress. The thighs don't creep up at all and the shoulder straps stay put without digging. I also like the fact that I can wear my own bra. I like it better than shapers that cost 3x more than this one and will definitely be ordering another. |

I'm 4'11, and 145lbs. Waist 36" and hips 37". The chart recommended size 10-12. I carry all my fat from under my boobs to my pelvic bone. My body is no where near voluptuous. |

Works great! It is tight but it's supposed to be and it stays in place. |

Cons: Velcro could be of better quality but it does hold all day. A bit bulky to wear tight fitting clothes. It can get a bit hot wearing this but it's expected since it's another layer of garment that you're wearing. |

The picture is deceiving. This product is small, and I am only 5'1. It does NOT go up to your ribs as shown here, it barely reaches your waist. It is a good product but too small, not what is shown here. |
