Yes it's tight, that is why I bought it. Waist stays up but my biggest challenge are very big button and hips. Does well in that area. A little bit of leg creeping up but not product defeCT but more because of my large hips and thighs. Actually decently comfortable. I still use it 2 months postpartum (the hip wrap helps with hip pain). Here's a picture of me wearing it under pre-pregnancy clothing at the 1 month mark. At this point I hadn't started working out or anything yet. This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. |

I was unsure what size to order from reviews. I ordered a medium and it is awfully tight. The boy short rolls up immediately. It will work, but I could've gone up a size. Doesn't really seem to make enough of a difference to be worth the uncomfortability. |

I bought this item to help with my posture and my back pain. So far so good. I haven't had it for long, but it fits well and is very comfortable. It's not very practical to wear under clothes to go anywhere, but it is good for wearing at home to hold the tummy in and help support the back. Although I am not using it for it's designed purpose, I believe it will serve it's purpose for postpartum support and be comfortable. I am a size 8-10 with a 30 inch waist. There is only a little more room for someone a larger size, so bear that in mind before purchasing. It is listed as one size. |

I'm 5'2, 150 lbs "pear shaped". I've recently gained 20lbs, went from a size 8 to a size 10-12 and let me tell you, I felt like a champion pulling up my fave size 8 jeans!! I went by the size chart and bought a large. The corset has 4 rows of hook and eye closures and I'm on the second row so I'm glad I didn't size down when deciding on which size to buy. I'm on my way now to buy another in black! |

I bought this to wear under my dress for daughter's wedding. I'm not really a fan of shapewear, but figured with the money I spent on the dress I'd better do what I could to look good in it! It did the trick, and I'm not unhappy with the wedding pictures. The only complaint I have is that the legs roll up, but maybe that's more MY legs than the shapewear. |

The reviews I read said to get a size up these run small. I am glad I read the reviews they were very helpful. I wore this with a dress and felt great just smoothed everything out the way I wanted. |
