This made me feel a little bad, I'm 5'7 and 215 pounds and bought the largest size available. I had a REALLY hard time getting it on the first time. Now I'm on day 2 and it's much more flexible. I love how it squeezes my waist and isn't uncomfortable like the velcro belly binders. This is a steal at the price, and not super silly looking. I received this today and I really like it, I'm 150lbs and curvy at the moment and I also have diastasis recti- ab separation after two kids. (2 months postpartum after baby #2 right now) I ordered a LARGE and I must admit it's somewhat smaller than I was expecting; but an xl might not have done as much flattening as this. It's A little struggle pulling over thighs and legs but after wearing it for about 30 minutes now It's really starting to feel comfortable! I figured it might need some time to adjust to my body, and now it feels great. Great for over all smoothing and especially helps with those pesky rolls when sitting. Anyway, this was for a 5 ft 5 220lb size 18 customer and the fit was perfect. It held her in, but didn't make her gasp for air, haha. The fabric is baby soft and this is very high quality.
