I Would Give It A Zero Star. I bought a size larger for my wife due to others had mentioned it comes small. But what we received would not fit my wife. She wasn't able to get it above her knees. The sizes must be for children and not adult's. So we returned them the next day. And received a refund the following day from Amazon. I bought just one of these originally, and loved it from the start. The boyshort shape makes me feel like I'm wearing a pair of shorts under my outfit, this isn't so bulky that it feels like a diaper (unlike some tummy control products), it's stretchy and comfortable, and shapes my tummy nicely. Thanks to my ever fluctuating weight, I too often run into problems like having my panty lines showing off my fat, or my weird love handles making me look like I am a muffin overflowing a muffin pan. Guys, I can't stress enough how gapingly big that crotch hole is on this. It makes it uncomfortable to wear because now your crotch feels like it's in a vice grip. Maybe it's different on different bodies, but that's how it felt on me. I did wonder if maybe I would get used to it if i wore it for a few hours, maybe I'd forget it's there. |

I ended up sending this item back. I bought it for a dress and didn't feel that it made any difference except for giving me back fat. I measured myself and read the reviews. I would have been a medium but everyone said to order a size up so I did and got a large. I felt like the first time I put them on they were a little hard to get on but once I took them off and tried again they went on with ease. Not sure if the medium would have been any better but regardless I can't do the back fat. |

but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

This did the job, helped a long dress look smooth and elegant. The only downside was how stiff the hook & eye panel in the crotch felt- the edges dug in to my inner thigh a bit and was a tad uncomfortable after several hours. Definitely recommend having this over underwear, not as an undergarment in its own right. Otherwise this is the perfect middle ground between the smooth line of a body suit, the shaping of a girdle and the upright posture of a corset. The short version does ride up a little around the thighs, so make sure to double check sizing with leg size in mind as much as waist- you might be in danger of digging in on the panty line & hamstring tie in. Overall well worth the money, and would probably be modified easily to fix the small drawbacks. |
