All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. Great product especially for the price & fast delivery! Product was packaged so professionally from the manufacturer (provided even a shopping bag inside). This product fits me perfectly (I'm a size 2 but gained 35lbs during pregnancy). It came with directions on how to wear :) it has many pieces but that's the purpose to cover all areas of your mid section. Material is nice and soft but still enough stiffness to stick everything and keep in place. First off I bought the XL which should've fit. Only part that gave me issues were the legs. If I sat in it I feared they would tear. So I went a size up, and got an XXL. The XXL rolls under my bra (the XL did not), but seems to fit every where else except it's not as taught as I'd like (the XL fit a little better in that regard). Absolutely love this! I only give it a four star because I've only had it for a month and can't say I've had the results I'm hoping to see yet. But I was definitely reluctant when I purchased this and so far it has helped. The straps are kind of annoying especially if you have a longer torso it kinda pulls. But I do like that with it tugging on your stomach it did help me with appetite control which has been super helpful! I have spent hundreds one personally made to fit fajas, and this one does the exact same thing as those did. Very comfortable, you just have to get use to the straps (it'll take a couple days). I am usually a large-xl on my bottom and a medium-large on my top. I am 5'7 and weigh 150-160 lbs. I ordered a large and it fit as expected, it was tight and that's what i was looking for. I absolutely love this!!! It's amazing. My favorite article of clothing. Even with just it on it makes me feel so sexy. I am a size 14 and have a pretty bad mom pooch that makes me so self conscious where I won't wear things or dresses that show that but this flattens everything out. Love it. First off, this was a little difficult to get on, so once you're in it, it takes a while to get out. When I first put it on, I was wearing undergarments and quickly realized I would not be able to use the restroom without removing everything! There is a HUGE missing area for this purpose, but I really like wearing underwear, so it was a bit awkward. You may need to just move things to the side unless you're comfortable going commando. |

This is awesome! I've spent gobs of money of various shapers over the years, and this one is by far the absolute best one and it's so inexpensive! As with any body shaper, pull it on slowly, piece by piece, so you don't pop any stitches or rip the fabric. I had to send the first one back because it was too big. I'm 5'6 and a half, 160lbs, and the size 6-8 was too big. I was able to comfortably hook on the outside hooks with no problem, so I sent it back and got the 4-6 and it's great! The open crotch is both weird, and convenient (if I can figure out how to wear underwear with it). BUY THIS, and size down 1, even 2 full sizes. |

Was as expected. The third, low hip,piece rides up when I sit down but I expected this too. It defiantly helped after giving birth to feel like my insides were more contained and thus increasing comfort. Not sure if this deserves the credit for any weight loss or decrease in belly size but I am back down to almost original size a week after delivering (my delivery/pregnancy was not typical though). |

I'm 5'6 153 Lbs and a Large fits perfect. I expected this as "spanx" type products always run a little small. If this is your first time ordering a product like this, you need to order one size up. There is rubber on the top edges to help prevent it from sliding. The rubber does an ok job. But it works very well to flatten your tummy and gives me a boost of confidence when wearing form fitting clothing. I'm happy with this, and the price is great. Beats the stores. |

Bought this for my scheduled c-section. I was afraid I would be really tender and unable to use this however, after 1 week I was able to use it and it actually felt amazing to put pressure on my stomach. Especially laughing or coughing. Great to have around after giving birth via c-section. |
