I ordered the xl and I planned on sending it back initially because I could not get into it, it was that tight. I just had liposuction and was swollen. I did order the xxxl size and it worked on the largest hooks. Once the swelling went down I could wear both sizes and they worked equally. I am 5'9 and 160 pds. This shaper is great and I even sleep in it. The cut away crotch area takes a bit of getting use to. I just wear my regular panties over it. I had it on for a few hours and between the itchiness and the shoulder straps i couldnt take it. I would buy a bigger size, but it wont keep my stomach in as well.
