I decided to go with a large. I am 5'7 and 154. I have a smaller waist, but my love handles, hips, and thighs are on the bigger side and the size was perfect fit. I wasn't sure if I was going to do a medium or large and if I got medium it would have not fit. The legs do not ride up like other concerts I have bought. This is one of the better ones I have bought. I hope it doesn't tear for this is my first day wearing it. This is an awesome product. I had a c section and my belly is still a little sensitive. This belt (especially the pelvis belt) gives me support what my belly needs. My upper back has been really sore and tense.. well this problem is now solved too cause it gives my back support that it needs plus it keeps it straight. I usually put it on when I go on a longer walk. The only thing is it's not as comfortable to sit with it but I got used to it! WAY too small. I used the "size chart." Also has too many uncomfortable pieces and hands down only for shorter people. I'm just over 5' 10" and it looks NOTHING like the picture on me. there's a solid 2-3 uncovered inches. |

It works great. I have a long torso and no other support fit me correctly. Because it's three pieces, I sometimes choose to wear one or two at a time instead of all three. |

It was way too small. When I was finally able to get it on and done up, it was way too tight and hurt. I couldn't sit in it or bend over. It was not what I was hoping for at all. |
