This fits very tight to the body. I got my usual size even though I read the reviews. It took me a few minutes to get this on, I almost thought this was going to be too small. The straps should be longer. They are: 1) very expensive, 2) take practically 2 people to get you into them, 3) have been very uncomfortable (as in cutting off circulation), and, 4) make going tobthe bathroom while in them neatly impossible. This was a last minute emergency purchase before an event where I'd be officiating a wedfing in front of 100 people - I wanted to look as good as possible. This fit perfectly, was easy to get on by myself, was COMFORTABLE to wear the first time for 6 hours, made me look the way I wanted, and enabled ease when going to the bathroom. Purchased this support after the birth of my second child. I have basically returned to my pre-pregnancy weight however I developed diastasis Recti after the birth of my first child and wanted to use this product to retrain my posture and support while I do exercises. 2weeks postpartum I'm using all 3 bands although it advises a different schedule on the packaging. It has flattened my tummy pushing out the air and water weight now with exercise I should be able to tighten safety. |

I'm a very small small, with a 60cm waist and 90cm hips, it's hard to find something that will fit them both. This shorts hit the nail on the head. I use them under dresses when I go dancing and sometimes under some black pants to give the illusion of high waist. |
