I absolutely love this. I gave birth a week ago and my belly is almost back to normal. I have only been using the first belt so far. I did use the second belt for about two days. I have not used the last belt for your hips yet. But so far this has worked for me. I did have a small bump to begin with. I can already fit into my old clothes. This is by far the BEST shaper I have found. Be sure to order your size! Measure your waist before you order. I am so happy with this purchase. I am about 5'3" and weigh 140lbs. After a couple kids, even though I exercise, I need a little help in the mid section when I wear a dress. This does it for sure! So comfortable you can even wear it all day. Heck, I even took a nap in it. And the best part, you can still go to the bathroom with no hassle. The bottom has enough space for both events if ya know what I mean. And it's light weight and not too hot in the warmer months. I absolutely ?? love it. Ordering another one for sure!! |

but I had one little complaint which is that after wearing it for about a week and a half some of the edges on the bottom belts started to crease and roll up on me especially if I sat down, squat, or bent over. This is definitely more ideal for walking or standing it gives excellent support. I had a c-section so it was important to find a binder that held everything in place it definitely lessened the pain.
