For the record - I'm 5'3" and approx 170 lbs. I got the 8-10 size and it was snug (breathing is optional right?) but it fit, and it made me look amazing. I love the 'convenience opening' as well. I bought these to try to suck in my gut as I continue my valiant attempts at weight loss. I'm 5'4" and 155lbs (size 8-10 in most clothes), so I followed the other comments and sized up to a Large. These are tight, which is to be expected--I'm glad I got a Large--but they're not unbearable. If I were standing/dancing, I'd probably be fine. Sitting at a desk all day while wearing these would probably be miserable. However, the one thing I definitely don't like is that it creates a line of pudge right under your boobs. It's just kind of the way it cuts across your ribs--it doesn't lay smoothly; it rolls down and creates a bulge. I'm not one to spend much on underwear, but for $15 I was hoping I'd get something more flattering. I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. I wear it around the house as much as possible. have not seen any results as far as loosing inches but like I said I have only worn for a couple of days. I have a long torso and with the 3 different bands I am able to adjust as I see fit. |

I got this to help with the "bulge" after having a C-section. My clothes just don't fit as they should and I am having some issues with buttons. I got this, thinking it would help smooth things a little. It definitely does. it is made just right where it contours where it is supposed to. I like that it is high wasted and offers coverage the whole way up. I also don't think it suffocates you like some "girdles" do. I am going to buy this in other colors as well. I knew what I was getting as I already own these in a couple of colors. They stay up all day and don't bunch. I like the shorter shorts as I like to wear dresses and don't want to worry about them showing. For me these work great and you can't beat the price! |

This fit as expected. But, in spite of the stay put strip, the waist band likes to roll later in the day and it starts to pinch. If you get hot and sweaty, it gets worse. I would recommend short-term wear for this item. |

Ordered a size up and still way to tight. Top rolls down and the leg holes roll up when you put on pants. Also it doesn't really do anything but smooth out any crazy body lines and take away your figure. |
