I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. This is an excellent shaper. It definitely holds everything in, no lumps or bumps. I got the 2xl even though I wear a size m/l in tops and a large in pants. If I had gotten a smaller size it would not have fitted me. I wore a sweater dress and I looked a size smaller and the sweater was smooth all the way down. I plan to buy another one. |
