I'm incredibly impressed; I feel like they thought of everything! I'm 5'4, curvy but mostly bottom-heavy, 160ish and I ordered the large, (shorts style). Yes, the crotch is open from the "rooter to the tooter" BUT this is genius IMHO b/c: a). no bathroom issues, of course, b). no pinching of the lady bits, & c). no "swamp butt" or backside climbing issues. If this is too much exposure for you, I would recommend a minimal undie over the garment rather than under. The shorts on this thing snatch the legs, the hips, the little lower tummy "pooch" area, AND shape and lift the butt! The corset has three hook settings, (another minimal garment may be needed to keep the hooks from showing considering the outfit.), and pulls everything in nicely all the way to the bra-line. It is remarkably comfy; I honestly didn't want to take it off b/c of the back support. I ordered an 8-10 and a 10-12 to see which would fit better. I am small in the waist but large in the hips and thigh. I am 5'5 170 pounds. When the package arrived, the seller had actually sent me 2 of the 10-12 and 0 8-10 but I'm not even mad. After trying on the 10-12, I realize I would have NEVER gotten the smaller size over my hips and since the waist on this is adjustable, I am able to cinch the waist so the larger size fits me correctly all the way around. So, now I have two that fit and I don't have to return anything. I ordered the xl and I planned on sending it back initially because I could not get into it, it was that tight. I just had liposuction and was swollen. I did order the xxxl size and it worked on the largest hooks. Once the swelling went down I could wear both sizes and they worked equally. I am 5'9 and 160 pds. This shaper is great and I even sleep in it. The cut away crotch area takes a bit of getting use to. I just wear my regular panties over it. You will be able to use the bathroom for both 1 & 2 without having to remove everything. Works great. Helps tuck everything in well and you can close it up in a way that doesn't make the velcro part touch your skin which I have had happen with several different similar products. You can also adjust to fit at different forms of tightness which is great as you start loosing weight post partum. |

I purchased a 2xl (usually wear USA XL). The suit was a little snug, but figured it would be ok since I purchased it to sweat. Wore it once to my work out class, and the zipper popped and became unzipped in the front. I was unable to get it back on track, so I had to purchase another one. As far as sweating goes, it will make you sweat. However, still disappointed that I didn't get the full use out of it. |

I bought this to wear postpartum. The fit might be a little iffy for some of us on the bigger size. I'm size M-L on tops and size 16 jeans, and I think I was testing the limits of the stretch of this product. Anyone in the S-M sizes shouldn't have a problem. |

I bought these to try to suck in my gut as I continue my valiant attempts at weight loss. I'm 5'4" and 155lbs (size 8-10 in most clothes), so I followed the other comments and sized up to a Large. These are tight, which is to be expected--I'm glad I got a Large--but they're not unbearable. If I were standing/dancing, I'd probably be fine. Sitting at a desk all day while wearing these would probably be miserable. However, the one thing I definitely don't like is that it creates a line of pudge right under your boobs. It's just kind of the way it cuts across your ribs--it doesn't lay smoothly; it rolls down and creates a bulge. I'm not one to spend much on underwear, but for $15 I was hoping I'd get something more flattering. I will probably return and look for more of a full-body thing. |
