A small is awfully snug on me, and I usually wear a 4-6... Granted, I'm new to shapewear, so maybe this is normal, but it was so tight it gave me gas. HOWEVER, it is quite effective. I had to return it because the sizing is way off, but I'm reordering a larger size. It is soft and appears to be comfortable, but I would definitely order a size up because if you're fat, the fat has to go somewhere and if you order the wrong size it will squish out at the top and bottom |

First off, I really love this product BUT I wish they sold a size small. I find out of all of these this is the best one. I have tried all of the different brands that make these shapers. It does what it is supposed to do. I also wish they would come out with a Capri version that extends below your knee to make it less visible under clothing. It's hard because you can sometimes see these items through your clothes. It is very difficult to find shapers for thinner people and that target your inner thighs. |

I couldn't even wear this for longer than 20 minutes. It rolls down around the waist and bunches and pinches on the legs. |

Edit to add to original review after used product: I've been using this postpartum belt for 3 weeks. I have used it daily starting 2 days post partum. You can tighten it as much as you like. Beware the Velcro loses its "stick" after a week. Abdominal binding has tremendously improved facilitating my muscles coming together and my uterus contract. Ive bought two of these so far. One back in October and another recently in december after i lost the other one in the laundry mat. This is my favorite shapewear. There are no lines around the thighs. I wear a size 8 jean size 10 dress 1m 135 lbs and 5'2. My waist is 30 inches, hips 40 inches. It fits snugly and flattens the tummy well. Big plus i havent seen with other shape wear it lifts and shapes the butt! I ordered a size medium. It ships quickly and comes neatly packaged. |

I ordered a size medium based on their sizing chart. My hips measured 39 inches so I thought a medium would be perfect. Wrong! I couldn't pull it past my thighs. I wanted this item to help cover things up after a c-section. I was an 8 before I got pregnant and I'm only 10 lbs away from my previous weight and a size 12 just because of my belly. This wouldn't have fit me even before I got pregnant. Should have followed my instinct and ordered the large. |

Very easy to use. Started wearing it after I had my son. I'm 5'1" and was 180lbs when I delivered. Had to wait a week or so before I shrunk enough for me to wear it. It gets super snug if you want it real tight. The boning in the back feels great on my back after breastfeeding all day. It's not bulky but you can definitely see it under clothes. |
