I bought this shaper to use after my tummy tuck. Provides excellent compression and hides easily under clothes. I found this much more flattering than the big bulky binder I was sent home in and it still provided enough compression to control swelling. Even now that I don't need it I frequently wear it because it is so flattering. The shoulder straps are a little awkward in that you can't wear a sleeveless top since they will show, but capped sleeves or longer are easily hidden. Why would anyone buy the more expensive ones?! I was afraid this product was not going to be worth it, but it's awesome! The adjustment is great. I packed this in my hospital bag. I don't credit bouncing back all to this but it has been a HUGE help for post partum and definitely a big reason why I did jump back so quickly. I am almost 2 weeks post partum back to my regular size, fitting into my old jeans. I do have to say it is not the most comfortable thing to wear, but then again, thats not a feature I was looking for when I bought it. However, it isn't uncomfortable either. Personally, unless you are wearing baggier clothes or are heavier, I wouldn't wear this under clothes out in public. But I don't wear it all day, just when I can and even then, it has helped. Now, I am a week postpartum, and decided to try it on. I'm regretting not getting a large. Right now, my waistline is about 37 1/2 inches, and my hips about 47 inches. I could not get this around my abdomen, without stretching it and just barely getting the Velcro to attach. I usually wear a sz 4 or 6 dress, sz 4 pants. I followed others' advice and ordered the sz small. I thought it would be hard to get on, but it went on easily. It fits comfortably. |

This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. |

I like how it's made. High waisted to hide the fat around your waist & the boy legs are perfect. I am 78 & things have moved around some & seem to like my stomach area. I am too old for liposuction so bought the Maidenform instead. |

This is an amazing product and fits great unless you have large legs. I'm going to have to order a different one without the leg slimming because it was way too tight on my legs but fit amazingly well everywhere else. |

Confused on how i am supposed to pee...do i wear underwear or no underwear with this? Anyway, i like how the shapewear really tucked in the love handles in the sides so that looking at me from the front i look ok...but i didnt like how the belly area bulged a bit |

Fits as expected and is fairly comfortable. The shoulder straps dig in the front of my armpits a bit but nothing seriously uncomfortable. I was wearing it daily as I recovered from abdominal surgery. |

I wouldn't want new moms to overuse this girdle, I would suggest only wearing it during the day or whenever it best helps. It's a good idea to let your tummy and incision breathe a bit or to at least loosen it a lot while sleeping. And consult your doctor about how you should safely use a girdle if you're experiencing a lot of incision pain. |

After giving birth I needed a shapeform to help me smooth things out in dresses, but this did not help. Just made it worse. The top part was so tight, it created a roll, and the bottoms weren't tight enough! Next time I'll just still with Spanx.. |
