This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I really love this corset! For the price it is a great postpartum corset. It holds my belly in and I do think it's helped my belly go down in size quicker. I'm not sure if it's actually from the corset or from having it on being a reminder for me to try to hold in more. I was extremely skeptical when purchasing this product, but it is pretty amazing. I am 10 weeks postpartum and was overweight prior to my pregnancy. At this point, I am only reviewing this product from a shape-wear perspective as I have not had it long enough to experience any long term effects. The item is fairly comfortable considering it is the Velcroed equivalent of a corset. Although the instructions advise not to wear it on bare skin, I have done so without an issue. You can see it a little if you are wearing something very tight, but hey - it's better than clearly visible fat rolls. This product definitely improves posture as it is very structured. It has actually minimized my back pain. But the true miracle is the slimming effect. Please see pictures below... I have been using one for over a year now and its the best shapewear for pear shaped women who need support under trousers or pants. Unlike other products this one doesn't cut into the thighs and yet doesn't ride up (thanks to the boyshort design). It washes well (Machinewashed it every time even though handwash is recommended) and it has stood up well. After regular use for a year its top has started to fold over a little bit but that's expected since its been an year and I haven't been hand washing it. Overall I will definitely recommend this product. |

These are nice to keep down the jiggle, but will not hold you in. Plus if you are blessed in the booty department they will ride up on you and give you a wedgie. |

Item is quite difficult to dress, specially going up past the hips. Does not flatten tummy. |

A small is awfully snug on me, and I usually wear a 4-6... Granted, I'm new to shapewear, so maybe this is normal, but it was so tight it gave me gas. HOWEVER, it is quite effective. Tummy is held in nicely and butt has a great little lift to it, almost like I'm wearing heels. |

I purchased the small in black. Although the actual quality of the shape wear is excellent, It is a well made garment. There was no indication that I was wearing any kind of shape wear in slacks. Sometimes they can make your butt look like a diaper butt, but this one was good I was truly disappointed though, that by halfway through my work day, it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to take them off!! Wish I had exchanged them, but missed the deadline, unfortunately had a family emergency. So I'm not sure if the medium would have fit a bit more comfortable |

You can absolutely see this under clothing since it is a bit on the bulky side. It does what it's supposed to but if you want something discreet this is not for you. |

Works great but I wish it was longer. I am 5'6" and I have to sacrifice some room on the top or bottom when I wear it. I got a large and otherwise it fits great. I wish it was not as easy to see under clothes though, the Velcro parts kinda stick out. |

These did the job on my stomach that I wanted but pinched the fat up above my stomach. Didn't end up wearing because of this. Would like to say that I don't normally wear shapers and when I do have always found them uncomfortable/pinch fat in other places so it might just be me. On a good side it didn't pinch any leg fat |
