This belt says 3 in 1... but it's really 3 in 3... there are three separate parts to this belt. Good luck figuring out how to accurately put them on. I'm assuming I'm doing a good enough job, but I basically have no idea what I'm doing with this thing. The instructions are just photos with no explanation to it, so they are pretty confusing. |

I wear a size 12 and the belt barely fits. I'm hoping with time the belt will help my stomach shrink and it will fit more comfortable. It does help with my posture and gives me a slim look. |

I have a long torso and these do not come up far enough for me to actually wear them. Also the bands around the thighs ride up and leave weird indents you can clearly see through clothing. Perhaps I just bought the wrong size. Otherwise, they work as expected and are great quality. |

It does what it says, as long as your not that big of a size (wide). Its a little too small for me. I would expect it would be meant more for skinny women with a little bit of tummy. |

Good tummy control...fit is great...I'm 160lbs and large fits fine...however I wish the leg part also had the rubber stuff around them because it tends to roll up a bit...other than that it's great... |

Works well. I never use all three pieces together. It gets a bit bulky, and digs into my skin, but I'm very tiny. Works great for spd pain postpartum. Doesn't stay in place very well though. Doesn't feel very scratchy, it's actually softer than I thought it'd be. It's pretty easy to figure out with the pictures. |

I usually wear a sz 4 or 6 dress, sz 4 pants. I followed others' advice and ordered the sz small. I thought it would be hard to get on, but it went on easily. It fits comfortably. |

Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. The material doesn't seem scratchy or hard, I think it will work perfect! |
