I first ordered a small based on pre pregnancy size but ended up exchanging it for a medium with the help of Maggie from the company and it fits much better and adjusts to be nice and snug. Putting the bands on and getting them in the right spot can be a bit time consuming at first but once you've done it a few times it gets a bit easier. Not the most comfortable to wear while sitting down or bending over but okay while walking around. Seems to ride up a bit if I'm moving around a lot. Not a terrible product but probably not the best out there either. Now, I am a week postpartum, and decided to try it on. I'm regretting not getting a large. Right now, my waistline is about 37 1/2 inches, and my hips about 47 inches. I could not get this around my abdomen, without stretching it and just barely getting the Velcro to attach. I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes. I would not wear this under a tight fitting shirt. I would definitely recommend this. |

The only reason I give 3 stars is because the product is bulky and impossible to hide. I was expecting it to be more discrete. So, if you're not worried about showing off your postpartum support belts then no problem. Item wraps and fits as expected. I love the fact that there are 3 separate parts to wear for the different stages of healing. Also, it's a very comfortable material. |

I was excited to try this product. It had arrived quickly from what I read in the description, I thought it would help me in my need. After having two kids, I have the kangaroo pouch. I was expecting more control over my stomach area. There is no support. It does slender me some but not how I was expecting. its comfortable, but if you have a large back side it tends to creep up on you. Very uncomfortable. |

When I got this product it was already damaged. One side from a wrap was not even sued on. And when I tried to use it the ends would start coming loose. I would not recommend it at all. |
