I was so nervous about the sizing on this that I also ordered a different brand "back up". What made me go for it, even though I usually avoid all Asian clothes based on me being a bigger girl, were the great reviews. I too cracked up when I saw it because I thought no way is this fitting me. I'm 5'2 160 lbs. It was a fight to get it on. So the shorts pull up and there is a hook and eye corset enclosure for the tummy part (kind of like a wrap around). I start hooking from the bottom and reach a spot where I can go no further. I start hooking from the top, again a roadblock (fat block? Lol) so I lay down hook a few more.... Now for the hysterics. I'm laughing so hard because there is this little bubble of fat hanging out. I am laughing so hard my husbands come to see if something is wrong. Now he is laughing so hard he says "well at least you know how much you have to lose" we are uncontrollable at this point. I fight the good fight to get a few more hooks hooked and let me tell you. When I stood up everything was distributed evenly! Not one roll or indent... And to boot it was totally comfortable. The potty hole was so big that my husband thought I tore it (more hysterics) after explaining he was quite impressed. I have to say you can wear this all day in comfort and it gives enough for you to sit, move and eat! I have a sensitive stomach (after 3 kids) so I really don't like being compressed. This is not like that it just distributes. It definitely made me look at least 10lbs lighter without those lines that give away the fact that you are wearing shape wear. I really can't believe how well this works. I don't believe in reviewing anything that isn't great, so there you have it. I will say I have not tried it with my dress yet or worn it more than a few minutes, but I can already tell it does the trick. Good luck and don't hesitate to give this a try. This garment did a nice job of waist shaping, and I really liked the fact that it smoothed out the bra fat zone too. Everything about it was great, except for the split crotch. The opening of the split crotch was shockingly large and super tight and constricting. The cut of the fabric in that area was not only extremely visually displeasing, but very irritating and actually cutting off my circulation by pressing into the groin so hard. It's great when you're wearing it, and super comfortable, but it also means that when you're trying to pull it up, it gets a little slippery. I bought just one of these originally, and loved it from the start. The boyshort shape makes me feel like I'm wearing a pair of shorts under my outfit, this isn't so bulky that it feels like a diaper (unlike some tummy control products), it's stretchy and comfortable, and shapes my tummy nicely. Thanks to my ever fluctuating weight, I too often run into problems like having my panty lines showing off my fat, or my weird love handles making me look like I am a muffin overflowing a muffin pan. Not with these! Finally I look like a normal human being. I was so excited, I bought two more pairs. Totally worth the money. |

This is my third order first two orders were the wrong size. Let me try to see if this works for someone, my UNDER WEAR SIZE IS 6(SIX) so I ordered 6-8 and it fit PERFECTLY. TRY THAT IT MAY WORK FOR YOU AS WELL. MAKE SURE U ALWAYS CHOOSE UR UNDER WEAR SIZE FOR EXAMPLE IF UR UNER SIZE IS 4 ORDER SIZE 4-6. I HOPE THIS HELPS. |

Do not have enough tummy /waist support |

The hooks take some finger strength, a looser fit would be easier. I recommend starting from the bottom & hooking up-ward. An extra pair of hands to hold the top would have been nice if you have someone else around, but keep in mind putting this on is not the most attractive process. Once its hooked, pulling the straps up settles it all into place surprisingly well. It was comfortable once on over all, expected tight in my hips. Using the bathroom had me nervous, but there was plenty of access so it wasn't an issue. |

I received this today and I really like it, I'm 150lbs and curvy at the moment and I also have diastasis recti- ab separation after two kids. (2 months postpartum after baby #2 right now) I ordered a LARGE and I must admit it's somewhat smaller than I was expecting; but an xl might not have done as much flattening as this. It's A little struggle pulling over thighs and legs but after wearing it for about 30 minutes now It's really starting to feel comfortable! I figured it might need some time to adjust to my body, and now it feels great. Great for over all smoothing and especially helps with those pesky rolls when sitting. I really love that it has a band at the top to prevent them from rolling down!!! WOULD recommend =) |
