I absolutely love this shapewear! It holds everything in and it makes any outfit look amazing on you. It makes your tummy smooth and flat and adds a little push to your tush! I rated a 4 because shoulder straps can be uncomfortable. There nice and smooth but they can rub the wrong way. I also think the tummy part that wraps around and then hooks should have a little more support like steel bone. This fit a little smaller than I would have liked, but I was surprised to find that even though it was a little smaller, it didn't feel uncomfortable. It was also very easy to put on. I thought with it being a smaller size, I'd have problems getting it on, but that wasn't true. Material is durable and breathable. The straps rubbed my arms a little while I was wearing it, but I think that's just because it was a smaller size. You can adjust the straps like a bra (which I didn't do). I was surprised how comfortable it is. I used it to pull myself in a bit and it worked. I have had others types of shape wear and they would cut into my midsection making me more ready to go home or even take it off before the event is over.
