I was really excited to buy this shaper. I love SPANX. I have a larger bottom half and I like to keep everything smooth and tight if I'm wearing a dress. I found most shapers only work on my legs and butt, but not my tummy. I ordered and small, and it was not tapered in where my belly was. I am pretty upset that I can breath very easily. My belly is not shaped. I'm sonewhere between 3-4 stars but I guess ai picked 3 since I have never worn it. I don't like to see ratings for things when people say "I haven't used it yet, but...", however, in this case, the reason I haven't worn it is because it's a 3. Love this especially the pelvis belt... I had pelvis issues while pregnant and this helped me postpartum... I wore it at day 4 pp. Slowly work up to wearing for a period of time because if wore too long it made me bleed a bit heavier then normal. I wore this up walking and sitting down... Just not to bed. When I saw this postpartum belt I thought it wasn't gonna fit! All I had to do was lay on the floor and start putting it on. The only thing I dislike is that there are three pieces! I've had a few of these and though comfortable is not the first word that comes to mind (I mean it's sealing you like a vacuum sealed sausage) it's the most comfortable that I've owned. For the most part it lays pretty flat under clothes and definitely does the job of shaping. The only odd thing is there are these small flat round metal pieces throughout that don't seem to have a reason and got itchy, I'm probably going to cut them out and hope that it doesn't mess up the product. I bought this to wear under my dress for daughter's wedding. I'm not really a fan of shapewear, but figured with the money I spent on the dress I'd better do what I could to look good in it! It did the trick, and I'm not unhappy with the wedding pictures. the product was ok but the only thing I don't like about it is the rubber strip that I suppose to keep the shapewear up, it comes right under my boobs and it isn't comfortable. it bothered me to walk, sit, stand or anything. and it really didn't hold anything in for me. |

This product runs somewhat small but I was able to make it work. So far since using I am seeing an improvement. I can say this I normally have back pain but on the days I wear this I don't feel the pain as much I wonder why. Anyway I wear this under my clothes during the week I normally wear loose fitting comfortable clothes since I do work from home but the other day I wore this under a form fitting dress. Everyone was asking me how did I lose so much weight so fast I couldn't help but laugh. But I noticed how smooth my stomach looked when I put my dress on it was very impressing. I recently bought a shaper for myself and one for my daughter. Putting them on for the first time was quite the scene. You need strong wrists and fingers to get the hooks all fastened but once it is all hooked up, it is remarkably comfortable. It smooths and holds firmly anything that jiggles or rolls. It isn't a corset but does help define my waist nicely. It has a generous opening in the crotch so it is easy to use the ladies room with out having to undress. The thighs don't creep up at all and the shoulder straps stay put without digging. I also like the fact that I can wear my own bra. I like it better than shapers that cost 3x more than this one and will definitely be ordering another. |

I absolutely love this shapewear! It holds everything in and it makes any outfit look amazing on you. It makes your tummy smooth and flat and adds a little push to your tush! I rated a 4 because shoulder straps can be uncomfortable. There nice and smooth but they can rub the wrong way. I also think the tummy part that wraps around and then hooks should have a little more support like steel bone. It should work more like a corset then just a wrap. |

Sizes seem to run small, so I'm disappointed that I can't really use this yet. Although I could've returned it and gotten a larger size, the optimist in me says I'll be the smaller size soon, so I can just wait and use it later. That being said, once it's on, the added straps really do tighten around the waist. Definitely designed well and made very sturdy. |
