Really tight around the ribs, but ladies, isn't this what we're going for? I got this to tuck in my tiny bit of tummy pudge and slim my hips. It definitely slims my hips, but when you slim one part, it has to go somewhere, right? I think in an effort to slim my hips, it pushes everything to the front and back of me, making me smooth and rounded and more cylindrical in shape - my profile doesn't look as thin as it usually does.But that's life. My tried this yesterday and she really loves it. She's about to give birth in 5 weeks so the piece that she's using is only the waist/back support. She likes the feel of it and it's very comfortable. It's bulky so I just wear it around the house or under big shirts and sweaters. I feel like it needs to be a little longer to prevent the flaps from falling out your sides above the waist. This item turned out to be so much more than I expected. It was comfortable and functional. My only complaint is that the fasteners up the front created a little bulge that you could see when I was turned to the side. I am going to look for a body shaper that is a pull-on without all the hooks and eyes. |
