Very good quality product, but the price is relatively high. You can get basically the same thing from other manufacturers for half the price. The problem I really found with it is sizing. I started out as a size 6-8 prior to pregnancy, and gained 30-40 lb, taking me up to about a size 14. This belt does NOT come in various sizes, and at my postpartum size, it barely fit (the velcro straps were connecting, but just barely). I believe it would have done the job of shrinking my postpartum belly if worn consistently, and it may be fine for ladies of a smaller size. For me, it didn't fit right and kept shifting around. This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". This shaper does a decent job of holding things in and smoothing things out. I wish the legs were a tiny bit longer for upper thigh rub preventing (and they like to roll up). This item is hard for me to put on. I have bad shoulder and found getting it up high enough took some careful movements. Hint - roll the rubber waist band over first so it does not drag on the skin - once in place - roll it up to bra line. The upper waist control never rolled down all day - this is the first high waist shaper I own that has not done that. |

Way to small! I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and I bought a small. When sitting in my wheelchair I have a muffin top that I would like to smooth out for tight fitting clothes. These were my two big problems. |

This is industrial-strength shapewear. Only complaint is that as a small-waisted woman, it wanted to roll down at the top. It never fully did, but it did leave a visible line under my dress. Also, this left indentations in my skin for two days after I wore it for five hours, so I wouldn't recommend wearing it regularly. |

This is a great postpartum support belt. I waited 6 weeks before I was comfortable using one due to my first C section. This belt does exactly what it's supposed to and it doesn't take long getting comfortable with it on. I wear it over my tank tops since im home most of the day and I wear loose fitting dresses that flow nicely over it. I'm hoping this helps me return to my pre pregnancy size sooner. I will update in a couple months. |

If you want to look slimmer and have a hard time breathing, I highly recommend!! They are fun to put on too. I had to shimmy and twist and shake. Im sure if you had an audience for this process you would get a lot of laughs. Maybe i should go on tour?! |
