I recently had tummy tuck surgery and thigh lipo and needed a post-op garment. I'd thought I'd give this a try since it had good reviews. It turned out to be a pretty good garment for the price. I bought two different sizes. At first I ordered a size 6-8. I stand at 5'3", weight 140 lbs and I normally wear size 10pants (30 in jeans). I am a pear shape and have (had) a flabby tummy. I have fluffy, soft skin, so if you are big, but more muscular, this might not apply to you. I was able to squeeze into the garment and it fit okay before the surgery. After the surgery it was another story. I had so much swelling, the thing didn't go past my knees!...so I ordered a bigger one size 10-12 and it worked. Does what its supposed to do! However, taking a star off due to all the hooks and eyes. Going to try to find one with INDUSTRIAL strength hidden zipper! Lol (not the way that sounds! But they used to make good "hidden" zippers that gave a really nice SMOOTH look ) Its fine unless you like tight clothing which I don't because clothing that is too tight makes a person appear larger ... not smaller.
