It was so tight post pregnancy, but now that I have lost 10 lbs it's more bearable to wear all day. The downside is that now that I've started to wear it after I lost weight, the stomach area is not as tight. It's tight around the rib area and butt area only. This fit a little smaller than I would have liked, but I was surprised to find that even though it was a little smaller, it didn't feel uncomfortable. It was also very easy to put on. I thought with it being a smaller size, I'd have problems getting it on, but that wasn't true. Material is durable and breathable. The straps rubbed my arms a little while I was wearing it, but I think that's just because it was a smaller size. You can adjust the straps like a bra (which I didn't do).
