Not a great belly band at all. It has an awkward fit and it sweezes my midsection but the upper and lower parts of my stomach are bulging out with no band the cover it all adequately. I wear this everyday. It makes me look 100% better. I absolutely LOVE how my clothes fit with this product. I think it gives me a nice booty lift too. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I ordered a XXL and it is VERY tight. I am able to get into everyday but it squeezes my legs, they are very sore in the evening. This shapewear works well for what it is intended but it was a bit tigher than expected. But kept it because it will work in the future for special ocasiones. I used sizing based on other people's reviews. But otherwise works very well and like it. |

The item is actually made of two layers around the waist, and this means they slide against each other when you move. It's great when you're wearing it, and super comfortable, but it also means that when you're trying to pull it up, it gets a little slippery. Overall, it was a success. It helped me look great in my tight-fitting dress. I love that there's no boning to show through like with my waist trainer. The plastic/rubber material around the waist band held it up all night. Didn't experience any rolling there. However, the hems of the boy short are a different matter. They rolled up throughout the night. That's the main reason it got 4 stars instead of 5. It was easy enough to get up and down that I could go to the restroom, but it still takes some effort and is not a fast process getting it back up. |

As other reviewers have stated it does have an opening at the bottom. But honestly I don't know why it's there. I don't see how you can use the bathroom with this on, even with the opening at the bottom of this shaper. So it was kind of pointless to me. Making me dock one star from the rating. But overall I like this. Might I add, this body shaper makes your boobs look great! ;) |

This was a great piece. I bought a dress that was just a little too tight, and thus showed all of the dents and bumps and such in my stomach. It worked wonderfully! Smoothed out my stomach without being painful, it did not fall down or roll up at all throughout the event (a ball). I went with what the reviews said and ordered I size up, so I got a large, despite usually wearing a medium or 10-12 in clothing. This piece of shapewear worked great for me. I would recommend and buy again. |

I needed to buy one of these for a costume. A costume in which I needed to have a relatively muscular male physique. I needed something that would give the illusion of a smooth chest rather than any hint of a "muffin top". (My muffin top was more apparent when I wore my chest binder). My costume has baggy clothing though, so I knew I was going to be okay if I bought this. Keep in mind that I'm a 16 year old girl, 5'3, 135 lbs. I don't have a smooth abdomen, but I also don't have junk in my trunk. |

Size are awful. If you think this will fit you are wrong. Tiny sizes. If you usually wear an Large the XL will not fit. Do not recommend unless you're a size 0. |

I ordered a xxl and it fits more like an 1xl, I can get it on and fasten it, it's just tight, I did just have a baby two months ago and I have some extra stomach, so I figure if I didnt have that it would fit me better, which is why I ordered the xxl for that reason. I can still wear it just tighter then I thought. |

So, I ordered this same product in the brief and wanted the boy short version in my life too. I ordered same size and color, but what's weird is it's about 4" too short. Other reviewers mentioned how they'd pull it up to the top of their rib cage only to have it roll back down. This boy short (in comparison to the brief version) is perpetually rolled down. I just don't get it. Same size, same color, same manufacturer and it's waaay too short. I just wanted to give people a heads up, that maybe order a size larger than the brief version. |

Great fit and make your belly stay flat but the small short keeps flipping up, is annoying. |

I don't like that it's bulky and is visible under clothing, but sweatshirt season is around the corner and it'll be well hidden. I also don't like how uncomfortable it is to sit while wearing, and that it doesn't recommend how long to wear it for. |
