I played it safe and ordered a size up (2-4) and this size (0-2) and the fit is as I expected. I'm 5'6" and my weight is a bit higher than my normal 118-123 since I just had surgery (swelling). I traveled down the sizes in the Leonisa Post Op Garments to the smallest size but needed something to compress under clothes during my recovery. This is smooth and comfortable under clothing or as a waist trainer to sleep in at night. I orded an 3X, I normally wear a size 14. I am 61cm 5ft 1in, and weigh 175 I am stocky built chubby from thighs to top of abdomen. It barely fit. I used the measurements to order. It fits real good, it has 3 adjustable hook settings on the garment, a generous open area for bathroom needs if you use the measurements to order you should be fine. It smoothed out my figure, and keeps the jello from jiggling. It is tight like a good compression top, it did not affect my breathing. I was able to bend and move as normal. But there is a lot did I say a lot a whole lot of hook and eye fasteners Hope this helps y'all. |

really like this slimmer. I said it was somewhat small only because of the bottom seem in the thigh area.... The fabric is soft, and breathable. It really does skim you up nicely. It smooths nicely, and I love that it has wide straps, instead of tiny ones. However, it was hard to get use to the crotchless feeling (lol) but I have. I normally wear a snap closer, not thigh coverage. ... cons... I wish the ribbing at the bottom of the thigh/shorts were a little more giving. Its to tight. It has no stretch. I have normal size thighs, but cannot stand that there is no stretch at the bottom seem. It is very tight, just above my knee. It shows when I sit. I'd upgrade that to a more forgiving trim if I was the maker. So if you have bigger thighs, you may not be to comfortable in this slimmer... I've thought about taking their trip off, adding a stretchy trim.... but I do love this slimmer. It fits nicely an ice the thigh, but I wish I would go down one more size. I can't because I want stand the thigh issue any tighter... Bummer... if they do a stretch bottom seem, I'd give this slimmer a 5. For the price, the feel of the fabric, the nice slim silhouette, and the wide straps... you can't go wrong!! |
